It’s true, some things really do get better with age. David Hallum has enjoyed singing for more than 30 years. But the Sinatra songbook had to wait until a well-seasoned voice with character and maturity could deliver that smooth ribbon of sound.
A native of Texas, David was classically trained as a violinist. But the great American Standards and the swing band sound captured his heart. From there, the greatest icon of that musical age, Frank Sinatra, became David’s standard.
According to one music industry survey, David Hallum is one of the nation’s top rated Sinatra tribute artists. He performs nationwide at clubs, casinos and special events. His authenticity is remarkable and his flamboyant style is unmistakably Frank. Most notably, David was recently selected to perform at a private occasion for Barbara Sinatra, wife of the late crooner.
