From a young age he took to a rope and horse, like a duck to water. By the age of 11 years old, his youthful skills had improved enough to warrant crowds on the streets of the Fort Worth Stockyards. He was hired by Hub Baker the Producer of the Pawnee Bill’s Wild West Show, in the Cowtown Coliseum.  Ketch started his trick roping career at the age of 11, doing well over 100 shows a year for visitors of the Fort Worth Stockyards.

Now joined by his young daughter, Kayla, with her trick riding, roping and whipping skills this act is rapidly becoming a rodeo circuit favorite!

Ketch is a Ranching Cowboy during the week, and a showman and Pickup Man during the weekend. He travels all across the country dazzling people with his native ability that is cowboy. He is the resident pickup man of the Stockyards Championship Rodeo, and also trick ropes during the rodeo.

Ketch is the perfect mix of the old school cowboy VS the new age rodeo athlete. He is chalked full of talent, grit and values. In today’s age we could use a few more cowboys like Ketch Weaver in this country.
