Launched in 2013, the Life of the Party band has been creating memorable events by bringing life to any party for any audience across the country. Created by multiple Grammy Award winning musician Jerry Freeman, this Atlanta based band is setting new standards in how one chooses entertainment for their event.
For many years, the band selection process involved clients reviewing promotional materials or checking out the band in person to see if the group fits their needs. What you saw is what you got. With Life of the Party, however, you can now experience personalized options but with greater possibilities.
Life of the Party is an organic and ‘truly live’ band. We are unlike some bands with computer sequences and technology supporting their performances. Most importantly, ‘YOU’ are an integral part of the creative process for your own event. In other words, you can choose the size band you want, the number of singers you want, and the number of horns you want to not only fit your vision but also your budget.

The riveting rhythm section is the heartbeat and foundation of your band. It consists of outstanding musicians playing lead guitar, bass guitar, drums, and keyboards. Being the cornerstone of your band, it should always be there and it serves as the foundation from which you start to build your group!
Life of the Party always wants to deliver our absolute best! That’s why we embrace the trend started by Jerry’s bands in 2007 of rehearsing weekly in Atlanta. You can even make your song selections via conference call with your planner/agent and Jerry!

No more anxiety or concern on your special day hoping that the band would play your favorite songs. Jerry encourages your involvement in the building of your set list. At the end of every party, his goal is to exceed your expectations, make sure that you are happy and that you had the time of your life with Life of the Party!
We truly understand that perception is reality and first impressions are lasting impressions. This is why costuming is another very important part of a visually successful event. When we look good we feel good and the energy from the band is all but guaranteed!
