Nationally recognized chef, entrepreneur, and was recently named Esquire Magazine’s “2015 Chef of the Year” . Honors include: 2010 StarChefs Rising Star Award for Sustainability, 2014 King of Porc t Cochon 555, 2013 Los Angeles Times named him a “Perfect Chef”.
His Restaurant “Broken Spanish” earned recognition as 2015 “Best New Restaurant of the year by Esquire, USA Today, LA Weekly, and the LA Times.
