Emilya is a talented and creative singer, songwriter, pianist and artist from Dallas, Texas. She attended Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee where she majored in Commercial Voice and minored in Songwriting, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Music.

Emilya is a classically trained pianist and singer. She has received piano training since the age of six and vocal training beginning at age 14. She has been a lover of music all her life, with inspiration from her father who passed away from cancer when she was 15. Being a musician himself, he encouraged her to practice and pursue her passion. She continues to fulfill this promise to him.

She began expressing herself through singing, acting and dancing at an early age. Musical theater and regular dance classes, including ballet, became an outlet for her, along with writing music. She has been performing since the age of six, and also enjoys singing and playing at weddings, retreats and church services.

Her desire is to spread love, empathy, and acceptance to the world through her music and use this incredible and timeless art form to connect souls.

What They Are Saying:

“Emilya presents her timeless vocal tone on her new debut single “Infatuation” fusing old school R&B elements with modern, new wave sounds. Emilya’s soulful voice paired with her expressive lyrics transcend any singular genre so it is difficult to categorize her, but I am excited to see what is to come.

Working with Emilya in the studio has only increased my confidence in her artistic ability seeing her effortlessly glue a track together with skillfully concocted phonetics. I highly recommend keeping a look out for whatever she releases next.”

“As an artist, Emilya combines modern R&B’s edge with adult contemporary pop’s relatability, and the one-of-a-kind way in which she performs that combo is a refreshing, unique vibe!”
