Born on June 12, 1991, in Lake Havisu City, AZ, Nick began his journey as an artist at a young age. Enamored by his grandfather’s Gibson guitar, his mother enrolled him in guitar lessons at age nine. Just two years later, he played his first live performance. His passion for music first a spark, was now becoming a flame.
Nick wanted to use his gift for more than entertainment. “I gave my life to Jesus,” he says. “I asked him what I should do. He said to me, ‘Use your passion to help build the kingdom of God.’ That’s what led me to where I am right now.”
In December of 2012, Nick competed alongside hundreds of talented singers and songwriters at SHINE–a national talent competition hosted by Actors, Models, and Talents for Christ. He performed an original acoustic song. His intimate, hard-hitting lyrics made him an overall songwriter finalist in the competition. Not long after, Nick signed a record deal with Tate Music Group.
His first album, “Life is Good” features acoustic-driven pop and folk melodies mixed with spiritual undertones. It’s meant to create a feel-good energy for listeners. Using his smooth, warm, and mellow voice, Nick loves writing songs about God, love, life, and the beach. As for the future, Nick dreams of someday playing his guitar and singing on the beach, surrounded by thousands of people.
