Hiring a Santa, answered
Price depends on three things: how long he is there, how far he travels, and whether you want a real beard. A short appearance at a private home sits at the bottom of the range. A multi hour corporate event with a photographer, a costume change and a Mrs. Claus sits well above it. Give us the date, the length and the location and we will quote it properly rather than send you a price list that will be wrong for your event.
For the first three weekends in December, book by early October. Real bearded Santas are a small pool and they fill up first. Weekday dates and dates after December twentieth stay open much longer.
We book both. Real bearded Santas photograph better and hold up to close contact with children, and they cost more. A well made designer beard is convincing at conversational distance and is the sensible choice for a large roaming appearance. Tell us which matters more and we will match it.
Yes. Every Santa we place for an event involving children is background checked, and Bravo carries insurance on the booking. Certificates are available for your venue on request.
Yes, and it works best when you supply and label the gifts. We will handle staging them so the handout runs in an order that does not leave a child waiting at the end.
Santa is secular for most audiences, but if you would rather avoid him entirely, a Snow Queen, an Ice King and Queen or a winter wonderland look gives you the season without the reference. The holiday roster page covers those.
Dallas, Fort Worth and the surrounding North Texas metroplex, and we regularly travel further into Texas and out of state for corporate clients. Travel is quoted on the booking.
