JENNIFER: Jennifer Perryman ‘s sound has been described as “a mix of Annie Lennox meets Sade”, as her music embraces elements of pop, jazz, R&B and dance to form a unique and soul-wrenching style. Although she has recently delved into an original release Jennifer brings new energy to old classics as well.

Jennifer is classically trained, studying piano for 13 years and voice for four. She received her degree in Jazz Studies from the University of North Texas in 1994. During her time in college, Jennifer sang soprano in the Dallas Symphony Chorus.  She has worked as a vocalist with many Dallas and Regional Dance Bands.  Jennifer was a member and vocalist with the University of North Texas Jazz Singers; a featured vocalist with the Frank Heye Project; and a guest performer with the Unified Jazz Ensemble (a jazz quintet funded by the National Endowment for the Arts). All of these experiences contributed to the development of the musical style that is uniquely Jennifer. After college, Jennifer spent a year as a featured entertainer aboard the SS Independence (American Hawaii Cruises)

ERIC FAIRES:  Born into a family of varied and truly gifted musicians and there was little mystery surrounding what path would lead young Eric Faires out of the Corpus Christi, Texas town that he called home!  A proficient guitarist and vocalist, Eric has honed his musical skills since age 6 training on piano, violin, the entire family of brass instruments, bass and drums.  If Eric could be cloned he’d be the whole orchestra!  Eric’s strong interest in Ethnomusicology has led him to be a prolific writer as well.  Eric has always had a strong sense of duty and honor, serving his country in the US Army for 4 years giving him the opportunity to travel around the world and broadened his exposure to music to a global level.  He then entered the world renowned University Of North Texas – School Of Jazz Studies.
