A costumed performer strolls the room inside a lavish birdcage buffet, serving appetizers, desserts or signature cocktails. A striking catering moment for Dallas corporate events and galas.

The Strolling Birdcage Buffet is a mobile dining experience that combines performance art with high end catering. A skilled performer in lavish themed costume stands inside an exquisitely designed birdcage buffet and moves gracefully among your guests, bringing the food to the room instead of the room to the food.
Serves What You Need
Gourmet appetizers, desserts or signature cocktails, presented from the cage as it moves.
The act reads as genuinely upscale rather than gimmicky, which is what makes it work in front of a discerning crowd. It solves a real problem too: a strolling buffet keeps guests circulating and talking rather than queuing at a station on one wall.
It is also a visually stunning focal point. The costume and the cage photograph beautifully, so the piece earns its place in professional event photography and in whatever your guests post from the night.
Tell Bravo Entertainment your date, venue, what you want served and any theming and we will discuss customization options.
